Air Fryer EASY Bagels

First: Welcome to my new page! I created my old blog (also on blogger) with my old hotmail address and can't access it any longer, so same-ish name, new place, here we are! Or here I am, not sure if anyone else is still around. I recently went back to my old blog and read through and printed a ton of recipes and it was really so fun that I wanted to start again, if even just for me.

I have been using my air fryer a lot over the past year. I was excited to receive it for Christmas, but wasn't sure how much I'd use it, so I was glad it was a gift. And, now that I've had it for a while, I'm so glad I got it! (thanks, Grandma and Papa!)

I will share some more things I use it for in the future, but for today: air fryer bagels. They use that Weight Watchers "2 ingredient dough", even though this is more than two ingredients.

I have a basic model Chefman air fryer that I think works great. It has manual dials and no screen on it, but it certainly does the job. I'd recommend the largest capacity you're willing to pay for, even if you don't have a large family. It's nice to have the option to cook a whole chicken, for example.

Anyway, these bagels are very good! You can taste the tang of the Greek yogurt if you're trying, but I put enough Everything Bagel seasoning on mine that you could really only taste that, and the texture of the bagel was very good! These made an awesome bun for a morning egg sandwich. Sop up the drippy yolk with this onion-y bagel (or whatever seasoning you use)....good way to start the day!
